Items may be removed for open discussion by a request from a Councilmember or member of staff.] 5.1 Approve minutes of the January 14, 2025, Regular City Council Meeting. 5.2 Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an interlocal agreement between the cities of Allen, Plano, and the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) to allow the NTMWD to use the radio system jointly owned by the City of Allen and the City of Plano. 6. Regular Agenda. 6.1 Conduct a Public Hearing and adopt an Ordinance to amend and restate the development regulations of Planned Development No. 139 with a base zoning of Mixed Use, regulating the development and use of 260.94± acres in the Johnathan Phillips Survey, Abstract 719, generally located north of Ridgeview Drive, east of Chelsea Boulevard, south of State Highway 121, and west of Central Expressway. [Sloan Corners West - PD Amendment] 6.2 Conduct a Public Hearing and adopt an Ordinance to amend Planned Development No. 53 with a base zoning of Shopping Center, regulating the development and use of Lot 6, Block A, Kids R Kids, generally located 500± feet north of Exchange Parkway and west of Alma Drive. [Allen Retail Center - PD Amendment] 7. Other Business. [Council announcements regarding local civic and charitable events, meetings, fundraisers, and awards.] 7.1 Calendar. February 1 - 9 a.m. - Strategic Planning Session with the Allen City Council at The Courses at Watters Creek. 7.2 Items of Interest. 8. Executive Session (As needed). Legal, Section 551.071. As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, the Workshop Meeting and/or the Regular Agenda may be Convened into Closed Executive Session for the Purpose of Seeking Confidential Legal Advice from the City Attorney on any Agenda Item Listed Herein.
