Regular Agenda. 4.1 Conduct a Public Hearing and consider a request to amend and restate Planned Development No. 3 with a base zoning of Light Industrial, regulating the development and use of Lot 1, Lot 2R, and Lot 3R, Block A, Allen Business Center II. [Tech Center] 4.2 Conduct a Public Hearing and consider a City initiated request to amend the development regulations of Specific Use Permit No. 125 for a Fitness & Health Center use relating to the use of a building located on Lot 2, Greenway-Allen Retail Addition, commonly known as 605 West McDermott Drive.
