[Twin Creeks - Townhomes Lot Line Adjustment] 4. Regular Agenda. 4.1 Conduct a Public Hearing and consider a request for a Specific Use Permit authorizing a "Fueling Station" use on a 22.427± acre tract of land in the John W. Roberts Survey, Abstract No. 762 and the H. Seaborn & Robert T. Clements Survey, Abstract No. 879, generally located at the southeast corner of Stacy Road and SH 121. [Costco Warehouse] 5. Executive Session.
