MINUTES OF THE OPEN MEETING OF THE FIRE & POLICE COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF ARLINGTON HEIGHTS HELD IN THE HR CONFERENCE ROOM ON JULY 30, 2025 Commissioner Dean Walsh called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to review and approve previous meeting minutes, discuss keeping the Closed Session Minutes closed from 11/1/2024 through 5/14/2025 per Open Meetings Act 5ILCS 1201 2 (c) (21), interview Police Officer candidates as part of the background process, discuss the eligibility of specific Police Officer candidates, and approve the new entry-level Police Officer eligibility list for 2025.
