A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 19-0530 An Ordinance Establishing a Special Use Planned Development, Approving the Melody Town Center Plan Description and Amending City of Aurora Page 1 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes July 24, 2019 Development Committee Ordinance Number 3100, being the Aurora Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map attached thereto, to an underlying zoning of R-5(S) Multiple-Family Dwelling, R-5A(S) Midrise Multiple Family Dwelling, B-2(S) General Retail District, and OS-1(S) Conservation, Open Space and Drainage with a Special Use Planned Development for the property located at east of the intersection of Ogden Avenue and 75th Street A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 19-0531 A Resolution Approving a Preliminary Plat for Melody Town Center Subdivision Being Vacant Land located at east of the intersection of Ogden Avenue and 75th Street A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 19-0532 A Resolution Approving a Preliminary Plan for Melody Town Center Subdivision Being Vacant Land located at east of the intersection of Ogden Avenue and 75th Street A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 18-0322 A Resolution Accepting the Dedication of a City Easement, being Lot 1 of Diehl Industrial Park Subdivision located east of N. Eola Road and north of the Illinois Prairie Path A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairperson Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:26 PM.
