A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. River Street, Unit #106 A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-1018 An Ordinance rescinding and vacating Ordinance Number O14-069 for a Special Use Permit for a Medical Cannabis Dispensing Facility Use on the property located at 1271 N. Lake Street, Aurora, Illinois, 60506 A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-1019 An Ordinance rescinding and vacating Ordinance Number O14-067 for a Special Use Permit for a Medical Cannabis Dispensing Facility Use on the property located at 929 N. Lake Street, Aurora, Illinois, 60506 A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-1020 An Ordinance rescinding and vacating Ordinance Number O14-066 for a Special Use Permit for a Medical Cannabis Dispensing Facility Use on the property located at 1056 N. State Route 59, Aurora, Illinois, 60504 A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairperson Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:11 PM.
