A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 20-0042 An Ordinance Approving a Text Amendment to Ordinance Number 3100, being the Aurora Zoning Ordinance to add Section 8.6-4.5 Limited but City of Aurora Page 1 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes February 12, 2020 Development Committee Permitted Uses to the BB Business-Boulevard District A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Nayes: 1 20-0069 A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a not-to-exceed agreement for Design Phase Engineering Services in the amount of $43,000 for the Airfield Pavement Rehabilitation , Phase 3 (Area 1) Project with Crawford, Murphy and Tilly, Inc . A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0083 A Resolution Accepting the Dedication of an Easement at 1245 Corporate Blvd A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairperson Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:18 PM.
