A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. AGENDA 20-0234 An Ordinance granting revisions to the Special Use Permit for a Religious Institutions (6400) Use on the Property located at 2295 Church Road) A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0241 An Ordinance Annexing Property located at 2795 Church Road to the City of Aurora, Illinois, 60502 A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0242 An Ordinance Amending Ordinance Number 3100, being the Aurora Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map attached thereto, by Rezoning Property located at 2795 Church Road from R-1, One Family Dwelling District to O, Office District . A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0301 A Resolution consenting to a Direct Aviation Operating Agreement between Bunker Aviation, LLC and the City of Aurora . A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 BUILDING, ZONING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOLUTIONS 20-0316 A Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee Resolution City of Aurora Page 2 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes June 24, 2020 Development Committee Approving a Final Plan for the Property located at the Southeast Corner of North Eola Road and Weber Drive, for a Business and Professional, Office (2400) use and a Warehouse, Distribution, and Storage Services (3300) Use. A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:28 PM.
