A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT There were no registered speakers for this meeting. AGENDA 20-0416 An Ordinance Granting a Revision to the Special Use Permit for a Special Purpose Recreational Institution (5200) Use on the Property located at 2320 and 2390 South Eola Road A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0417 A Resolution Approving a Final Plat Revision, Consolidating Lot 3A-2 of Eola Crossing 3rd Resubdivision and Lot 1 of Eola Crossing 4th Resubdivision, Establishing Lot 1 of Eola Tennis Academy Resubdivision A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0418 A Resolution Approving a Revision to the Final Plan for Lot 1 of the Eola Tennis Academy Resubdivision, for the Property Located at 2320 and 2390 South Eola Road, for a Special Purpose Recreational Institution (5200) Use A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0441 An Ordinance granting a Special Use Permit for a Religious Institutions (6400) Use on the property located at 1401 W. Galena Boulevard A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Galena Boulevard A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0443 A Resolution Approving a Final Plan on Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10 of Randall's Addition Subdivision located at 1401 W. Galena Boulevard for a Religious Institutions (6400) Use A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:30 PM.
