APPROVAL OF MINUTES City of Aurora Page 1 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes October 14, 2020 Development Committee 20-0618 Approval of the 9/30/2020 special BZE committee meeting minutes. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT There were no registered speakers for this meeting. AGENDA 20-0554 An Ordinance Granting Revisions to the Special Use Permit for a Social Service Agencies, Charitable Organizations, Health Related Facilities, and similar uses when not operated for pecuniary profit (6630) Use on the Property located at 680 S. River Street A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0632 An Ordinance amending O20-028 granting additional time for compliance of the Special Use for a Cannabis Dispensing Facility (2115) at 35 N. Broadway that was granted on April 28, 2020 A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Nayes: 1 20-0587 A Resolution requesting approval of a Final Plat for Lots 1B and 3 of West Ridge Corporate Center Resubdivision Phase III located at 801 Bilter Road A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0589 A Resolution Requesting approval of a Final Plan Revision for Lots 1B and 3 of West Ridge Corporate Center Resubdivision Phase III located at 801 Bilter Road for a Warehouse, Distribution and storage services (3300) Use A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Chairman Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:29 PM.
