A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. AGENDA BUILDING, ZONING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOLUTIONS 21-0036 A Resolution Approving a Revision to the Final Plan on Lot 1 of the Meijer Subdivision, located at 808 North State Route 59 for a Vehicle Repair, Minor (2834) Use A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0037 A Resolution Approving a Final Plan Revision for the Property located at the Southeast Corner of North Eola Road and Weber Drive, for a Business and Professional, Office (2400) use and a Warehouse, Distribution, and Storage Services (3300) Use A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:32 PM.
