A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT There were no registered speakers for this meeting. AGENDA 21-0279 A Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Historic Preservation Grant Agreement with Jerry E. Metzger and Rosemary Gardner for 741 Wilder Street A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0290 A Resolution authorizing the issuance of a certificate of approval for a plat of subdivision for certain territory located within the unincorporated area of Kane County and within one and one half miles from the corporate limits of the City. . A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman O'Connor, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:15 PM.
