21-0312 Approval of the 4/28/2021 BZE committee meeting minutes.
A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Garza, that
this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

21-0322 An Ordinance Annexing the Property Located at 542 South Elmwood
Drive to the City of Aurora, Illinois , 60506.
A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Garza, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

21-0325 Certificate of Appropriateness to install a mural on the east elevation at
105 E. Galena Boulevard
A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Garza, to
approve the certificate of appropriateness.The motion carried.

21-0326 Certificate of Appropriateness to install a mural on the north side of the
BNSF viaduct wall located on New York Street near LaSalle Street
A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Garza, to
approve the certificate of appropriateness.The motion carried.

21-0327 Certificate of Appropriateness to install a mural on the east elevation at
210 E. Galena Boulevard
A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, to
approve the certificate of appropriateness. The motion carried.

21-0328 Certificate of Appropriateness to allow Aurora Public Art to create a
rotating mural exhibition space on the retaining walls along Parking Lot H
located at 14 Middle Avenue
A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, to
approve the certificate of appropriateness. The motion carried.

21-0331 Certificate of Appropriateness to install three framed murals on the east
elevation facing the Fox River at 36 W Downer Place
A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, to
approve the certificate of appropriateness. The motion carried.

21-0242 An Ordinance Establishing a Special Sign District for the Fox Valley Mall
generally located south of New York Street, west of Route 59, north of
McCoy Drive, and east of Commons Drive
A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Garza, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that
this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Saville adjourned
the meeting at 5:06pm.
