ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Patty Smith, Alderman Carl Franco, Alderman Sherman Jenkins and Alderman Ron Woerman APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-0942 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee Meeting held on November 10, 2021 . A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes - Final November 22, 2021 Development Committee 21-0958 An Ordinance Annexing Contiguous, Uninhabited, and Unincorporated Real Property Owned by the City of Aurora located at 1951 Bilter Road, 1971 Bilter Road, 1981 Bilter Road, 1995 Bilter Road, 2025 Bilter Road, 2055 Bilter Road, 2091 Bilter Road, 2115 Bilter Road, and 2145 Bilter Road, being directly north of the Chicago Premium Outlet Mall on Bilter Road A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0959 An Ordinance amending O20-116 granting additional time for compliance of the Conditional Use for a Cannabis Dispensing Facility (2115) at 1415 Corporate Boulevard that was granted on December 22, 2020 A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval.
