CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Saville called the meeting to order 4:04pm.

Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Patty Smith, Alderman Carl Franco,
Alderman Sherman Jenkins and Alderman Ron Woerman
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
22-0153 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic
Development Committee meeting held on February 23, 2022 .
A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that
this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that
this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole
(Final/Appealable). The motion carried.

21-0950 A Resolution Approving a Final Plan on Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Redwood of
Aurora Subdivision, located north of W. Indian Trail and east of N.
Randall Road for a ROW Dwelling (Party Wall) (1130)
A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that
this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole
(Final/Appealable). The motion carried.

Eola Road for an ice cream Restaurant with a Drive-Through Facility Use
(2530)
A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that

(Final/Appealable). The motion carried.

expansion for the property located at 2731 Beverly Drive
A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that
this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole

A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that
this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairman Saville adjourned
the meeting at 5:15pm.
