ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Patty Smith, Alderman Carl Franco, Alderman Sherman Jenkins and Alderman Ron Woerman APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0209 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee meeting held on March 9, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0126 A Resolution Approving a Preliminary Plan and Plat for Lot 1 and 2 of the Mews at Orchard Lake Subdivision, on vacant land located at the southwest corner of Independence Drive and Constitution Drive . A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0245 An Ordinance Vacating a Stormwater Control Easement for the Property Located at 2800 Diehl Road, in DuPage County, Aurora, Illinois, 60502 . A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
