ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Patty Smith, Alderman Carl Franco, Alderman Sherman Jenkins and Alderman Ron Woerman APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0365 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee meeting held on April 27, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 22-0295 An Ordinance Amending the Conditional Use Permit (6630), on the Property Located at 27 South Edgelawn Drive A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. Broadway A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0243 A Resolution Approving a Final Plan on Lot 1 of DAC Development Subdivision located at 100 N. Broadway A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Chestnut Street A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
