Chairman Saville called the meeting to order at 4:05pm.

22-0365 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic
Development Committee meeting held on April 27, 2022 .
A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that
this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

Subdivision located at 100 N. Broadway

parcels located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Farnsworth
Avenue and Indian Trail (PIN 15-12-352-014 and 15-12-352-015). No action was
