CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chair Smith called the meeting to order at 4:00pm.
A motion was made by Alderman Franco and seconded by Alderman Jenkins
to allow Alderman Saville to participate in this meeting remotely pursuant to
Sec. 2-80. The motion carried by voice vote and Alderman Saville was
allowed to participate in this meeting remotely via Zoom.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
22-0441 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic
Development Committee meeting held on May 25, 2022 .
A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that
this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that

this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Vice Chair Smith adjourned
