ROLL CALL Present: 3 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Alderman Sherman Jenkins and Alderman Ron Woerman Absent: 2 - Vice Chair Patty Smith and Alderman Carl Franco APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0613 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee Meeting held on July 27, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Woerman, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes - Final August 10, 2022 Development Committee 22-0513 An Ordinance Abrogating a Drainage and Conservation Easement on the Property located at the southern end of Wolverine Drive, in DuPage County, Aurora, Illinois 60502 A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Woerman, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:02pm.
