ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Alderman Carl Franco, Alderman Sherman Jenkins and Alderman Ron Woerman Absent: 1 - Vice Chair Patty Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0942 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee meeting held on November 9, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. The motion carried. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 22-0932 An Ordinance amending Chapter 49 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Aurora, by modifying the zoning map attached thereto to rezone the vacant property located at 801 Claim St from M-2 Manufacturing District - General to R-3 One Family Dwelling District A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 22-0933 An Ordinance amending Chapter 49 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Aurora, by modifying the zoning map attached thereto to rezone the property located at 127 N Sumner Avenue from B-3 Business and Wholesale District to R-3 One Family Dwelling District A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. Ayes: 4 22-0937 An Ordinance amending Chapter 49 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Aurora, by modifying the zoning map attached thereto to rezone the property located at 536 East New York Street from P Park and Recreation District to R-2 One Family Dwelling District A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval.
