ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Patty Smith, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderman Ron Woerman Absent: 1 - Alderman Sherman Jenkins APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0978 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee meeting held on November 21, 2022 . A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Broadway A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 22-0983 A Resolution Approving a Final Plan Revision to modify the Building Elevation on Lot 1 of DAC Development Subdivision located at 100 N. Broadway A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 22-0999 An Ordinance amending Chapter 49 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Aurora, Illinois (Zoning Ordinance), to modify certain definitions and administrative process A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 BUILDING, ZONING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOLUTIONS 22-0989 A Resolution approving a revision to the Final Plan for the property located at 4170 Ogden Avenue for a Vehicle Dealership (2810) Use A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Ayes: 4 22-1001 A Resolution approving the Final Plat for the SEK Surebond Subdivision for the property located at 601 N Russell Avenue A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. The motion carried. Chairperson Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:30pm and the BZE Committee convened in closed session.
