Please contact the Aldermen’s Office at (630) 256-3020 with questions. CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Saville called the meeting to order at 4:03pm. ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Patty Smith, Alderman Carl Franco, Alderman Sherman Jenkins and Alderman Ron Woerman APPROVAL OF MINUTES PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 23-0145 A Resolution Approving the Final Plat for Butterfield Phase II Unit 5A Subdivision, on vacant land located at 2815 Bilter Road being south of Bilter Road and west of N. Eola Road A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Ayes: 5 City of Aurora Page 1 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes - Final March 1, 2023 Development Committee 23-0146 A Resolution Approving a Final Plan for Lots 1-6 of Butterfield Phase II Unit 5A Subdivision, located at 2815 Bilter Road being south of Bilter Road and west of N. Eola Road, for a Warehouse, Distribution and Storage Services (3300) Use in the form of a data center complex A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Ayes: 5 HELD 23-0088 A Resolution Approving the Final Plat for Lincoln Prairie by Del Webb Subdivision, Phase 2A on vacant land generally located at South of Wolf's Crossing Road and East of Eola Road This P&D Resolution was held 23-0089 A Resolution Approving the Final Plat for Lincoln Prairie by Del Webb Subdivision, Phase 2B on vacant land generally located at South of Wolf's Crossing Road and East of Eola Road This P&D Resolution was held 23-0090 A Resolution Approving a Final Plan for Lincoln Prairie by Del Webb Subdivision, Phase 2A and 2B generally located at South of Wolf's Crossing Road and East of Eola Road This P&D Resolution was held 23-0107 An Ordinance Vacating Stormwater Control Easements and City Easements on the Property located at South of Wolf's Crossing and East of Eola Rd, in Will County, Aurora, Illinois This Ordinance was held CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:09pm.
