Chairperson Saville called the meeting to order at 4:01pm.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
23-0304 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic
Development Committee meeting held on April 12, 2023 .
A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that
this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

zoning of B-3 Business and Wholesale District for the property located
at 1299 Mitchell Road
A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

Duke Parkway, on the Property Located at 2810 Duke Parkway, in

this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that
this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole
(Final/Appealable). The motion carried.

to M-1, Manufacturing District - Limited.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that
this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Saville adjourned
the meeting 5:07pm.
