Ayes: 5 HELD 23-0171 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 49 of the Code of Ordinance, City of Aurora, by Modifying the Zoning Map Attached thereto to Rezone Property located near the Northeast Corner of North Farnsworth Avenue and Mountain Street from R-1, One Family Dwelling District, to M-1, Manufacturing District - Limited.
