CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chair Baid called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.

Present: 3 - Vice Chair Shweta Baid, Alderman Mike Saville and Alderman Bill Donnell
Absent: 2 - Chairperson Patty Smith and Alderman Carl Franco
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
24-0571 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning, and Economic
Development Committee meeting held on July 24, 2024.
A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that
this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

in Will County, Aurora, Illinois
A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

BUILDING, ZONING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOLUTIONS
24-0485 A Resolution Approving the Final Plat for Lincoln Prairie by Del Webb
Subdivision, Phase 3 located at South of Wolf's Crossing Road and
East of Eola Road
A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that
this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole
(Final/Appealable). The motion carried.

24-0486 A Resolution Approving a Final Plan for Lincoln Prairie by Del Webb
Subdivision, Phase 3 located south of Wolf's Crossing Road and east
of Eola Road
A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that
this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole
(Final/Appealable). The motion carried.

A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Alderman Saville, that
this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Vice Chair Baid adjourned the
meeting at 4:10 pm.
