A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 26-0229 An Ordinance annexing the Properties located at 6S346 and 6S356 Old Eola Road to the City of Aurora, pursuant to a Water Service Agreement .
