CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Saville called the meeting to order at 4:01 pm.

Absent: 1 - Alderman-At-Large Will White
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
26-0199 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning, and Economic
Development Committee meeting held on March 25, 2026 .
A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Garza,
that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Smith,
that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

which consists of six parcels, to the City of Aurora, pursuant to a Water
Service Agreement.

that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

Eola Road to the City of Aurora, pursuant to a Water Service Agreement .

School District No. 308 for the right to a City Easement on property
located at the southeast corner of Eola Road and U.S. Route 30

A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Smith,

A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Garza,
that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Saville
adjourned the meeting at 4:22 pm.
