ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Patty Smith, Alderman Javier Bañuelos, Alderwoman Juany Garza and Alderman-At-Large Will White APPROVAL OF MINUTES 26-0356 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning, and Economic Development Committee meeting held on May 27, 2026 . A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes - Final June 10, 2026 Development Committee 26-0303 A Resolution authorizing the execution of an Airport Maintenance Operations Agreement with Airfield Maintenance Services, LLC for five years with two automatic one-year renewals in the initial amount of $461,500. Jason Bauer, Public Works - City of Aurora A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 26-0337 A Resolution authorizing the Mayor or his designee to execute a Construction Phase Engineering Agreement in the not-to-exceed amount of $127,800 with Crawford, Murphy and Tilly, Inc. This resolution will also authorize an Agency Agreement with the State of Illinois for the Replace Airfield Signage, Wind Cones, Runway 15 and 27 Runway End Identifier Lights (REILS) & Airport Rotating Beacon, Construct Runway Guard Lights at Runway 15/33 under project ARR-5201 located at the Aurora Municipal Airport. Ayes: 5 HELD 26-0334 An Ordinance Establishing a Conditional Use Planned Development, Approving the Kingsley Row Plan Description and amending Chapter 49 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Aurora, by modifying the zoning map attached thereto to an underlying zoning of R-4A Two-Family Dwelling District and OS-1 Conservation, Open Space, and Drainage District for the property located east of the intersection of Ogden Avenue and 75th Street Tracey Vacek, Zoning & Planning - City of Aurora A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this agenda item be held.
