Enactment No: R13-271 13-00627 Resolution Approving the Issuance of a Music Festival Permit to Our Lady of Mercy Parish, 701 S. Eola Road, on October 11, 12 and 13, 2013. Mayor Weisner asked if there were any speakers. There being no speakers, motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Mervine, to close the Public Hearing. Mayor Weisner pointed out that the program was designed specifically to give homeowners the ability to downsize. A couple aldermen also expressed their support for the program. A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderman Hart-Burns, that this resolution be approved. The motion carried. The motion carried by voice vote. 13-00658 A speaker has signed up to address the City Council at the upcoming meeting to be held on September 24, 2013. Ms. Dorothy Bentel, of Prairie Sage Ln. in Naperville, would like speak in regards to garbage in the alleyway adjacent to her building. Ms. Bentel, who owns property on Stolp Av., addressed City Council in regards to issues with the dumpster that services the Graham Building.
