Enactment No: O14-045 14-00466 A Resolution Approving a Revision to the Final Plan on Lot 1, Unit 4 of Fox Valley East Region I Subdivision for a Final Plan Revision on 1.186 acres for parking lot modifications located at 4461 Fox Valley Center Drive, Aurora, Illinois 60504 This Resolution was approved. Enactment No: R14-200 14-00539 A Resolution to approve the low, all inclusive, bid from Total Parking Systems in the amount not to exceed $200,000.00 for the replacement of the Daily Parking Machines at the Aurora Transportation Center. This Resolution was approved. Enactment No: R14-201 14-00554 A Resolution to Award the Contract for the Farnsworth Avenue Bridge Repairs to Rausch Construction Company, 2717 South 13th Avenue, Broadview, IL 60155 in the amount of $485,054.50 . This Ordinance was adopted. Enactment No: O14-046 14-00584 A Resolution approving the issuance of a music festival permit to St. Mary's Church, 430 E. Downer Pl., for Saturday, August 16th and Sunday, August 17, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m . This Resolution was approved. Enactment No: R14-204 14-00611 A Resolution Authorizing Approval of a Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits Study for Executive and Non-Exempt Employees of the City of Aurora. This Resolution was approved. Enactment No: R14-205 UNFINISHED BUSINESS 14-00443 An Ordinance Granting a Variance Petition for a height variance to raise the roof to 90 feet for a building addition to add Dry Powder manufacturing capabilities located at 1105 Frontenac Street, Aurora, Illinois 60504 Chief Development Services Officer Mr. Wiet spoke about this item, explaining that staff continues to be supportive of the variance, since it will allow for manufacturing activity to take place within an enclosed building, thus attenuating dust and noise. Mr. Wiet also added that the 90 ft. addition is very small compared to the total roof square footage, and is tucked away from the street. This Ordinance was adopted.
