A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Irvin to approve as amended the minutes from the August 25, 2015 City Council Meeting. The motion carried by voice vote. APPOINTMENT OF SERGEANT-AT-ARMS A motion was made by Alderman Hart Burns, seconded by Alderman Irvin to appoint Officer Hornberg as Sergeant-at-Arms for this meeting. Enactment No: R15-253 15-00747 A Resolution Consenting to the Assignment of Aviation Operating Agreement at the Aurora Municipal Airport between the City of Aurora and ARR-OW 2, Inc. to Glass Simulation Center & Logistics, Inc., a Wisconsin Corporation. This Resolution was approved. Enactment No: R15-254 15-00753 A Resolution authorizing the Director of Purchasing to enter into an agreement with Wills Burke Kelsey Associates Ltd., 8 East Galena Boulevard, Suite 402, Aurora, IL 60506 for construction engineering services in an amount not to exceed forty three thousand, seven hundred fifty dollars and no cents ($43,750.00) . Pamela Younger addressed members of the City Coucil regarding her opposition to the recently passed Liquor Control Ordinance specifically regarding the change of opening hours from 6 AM to 9 AM.
