A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Irvin to approve the Minutes from the Tuesday, April 26, 2016 meeting. The motion carried by voice vote with Aldermen Hart-Burns and Bohman abstaining. APPOINTMENT OF SERGEANT-AT-ARMS A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Irvin to appoint Officer Hornburg as Sergeant-at-Arms for this meeting. City of Aurora Page 1 City Council Meeting Minutes - Final May 10, 2016 Ed Barsotti, Executive Director of the League of Illinois Bicyclists, accepted the presentation and spoke briefly regarding the recognition of May as Bike Month and May 9-15th as Bike Safety Week. Dan Barreiro, Chief Community Services Officer, led the recognition ceremony of four Neighborhood Groups active in the City of Aurora.
