The Special City Council Meeting will be held in City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, Aurora City Hall, 44 E. Downer Place, Aurora, Illinois. ROLL CALL Present: 13 - Alderman Tina Bohman, Alderman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco, Alderman Mike Saville, Alderman Scheketa Hart-Burns, Alderman Rick Mervine, Alderman Edward Bugg, Alderman Judd Lofchie, Alderman Sherman Jenkins, Alderman Bob O'Connor and Mayor Richard Irvin APPOINTMENT OF SERGEANT-AT-ARMS A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco to appoint Officer Hornburg as Sergeant-at-Arms for this meeting. The motion carried by a voice vote. NEW BUSINESS 17-00676 A Resolution to approve a Professional Service contract with Reliance One for technology staff augmentation for the Information Technology Division. A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderman O'Connor, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried. CLOSED SESSION A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Garza, to move to a closed session for matters related to the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (1) of the Open Meetings Act.
