A Proclamation in honor of Diwali was presented by Mayor Irvin and read by Alderman Mervine. Members of the Indian American Community Outreach Advisory Board were present to receive the proclamation. CLOSED SESSION A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Garza to convene into Closed Session approximately five (5) minutes after the adjournment of this meeting under Section 2 (c)(11) of the Open Meetings Act for discussion of litigation affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before court.
