Present: 13 - Alderman Emmanuel Llamas, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco, Alderman Mike Saville, Alderwoman Scheketa Hart-Burns, Alderwoman Patty Smith, Alderman Edward Bugg, Alderwoman Shweta Baid, Alderman Ron Woerman, Alderman Sherman Jenkins and Mayor Richard Irvin PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Alderwoman Smith. INVOCATION The Invocation was presented by Alderwoman Hart-Burns. APPOINTMENT OF SERGEANT-AT-ARMS A motion was made by Alderwoman Hart-Burns and seconded by Alderman Jenkins to appoint a Sergeant-at-Arms for this meeting. A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza and seconded by Alderwoman Hart-Burns to approve this item. Enactment No: O22-021 22-0156 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class D: Downtown Core On-Site Consumption liquor licenses (unofficially related to the application from Craft Urban Aurora, LLC d/b/a Craft Urban Aurora at 41 S. Stolp Ave.). [Ward 6] This Resolution was approved on the Consent Agenda. Enactment No: R22-068 22-0163 A Resolution Authorizing a Contract with W.E. Mundy Landscaping & Garden Center, Inc., 1135 Mitchell Road, Suite 100, Aurora, IL 60505 to accept the unit prices submitted for the Citywide Landscape Repair & Maintenance Contract. This Resolution was approved on the Consent Agenda. Enactment No: R22-069 22-0165 A Resolution approving a new lease with The Riverfront Playhouse for the space located at 13 S. Water Street, Aurora, Illinois for a term of three (3) years. This Resolution was approved on the Consent Agenda. This Resolution was approved on the Consent Agenda. Enactment No: R22-071 22-0168 A Resolution authorizing the Director of Purchasing to enter into an agreement with M/M Peters Construction, Inc., Aurora, IL in the amount of $57,421.60 for the replacement of concrete at Aurora Fire Department Station 3 North apron. Enactment No: R22-072 22-0178 A Resolution authorizing the execution of a Local Public Agency Amendment #1 for Federal Participation with the State of Illinois, the execution of a Phase 2 Design Engineering Supplement with Alfred Benesch & Company in the not to exceed amount of $69,016.00, and the appropriation of $61,810.00 of REBUILD Illinois Bond Funds for the Farnsworth Avenue Bridge Project.
