Please call the City Clerk's Office at (630) 256-3070 with questions. ROLL CALL Mayor Irvin called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. and the roll was called. A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza and seconded by Alderman Jenkins to allow Alderman Donnell to participate in this meeting remotely. The motion carried by voice vote and Alderman Donnell participated in the meeting via Zoom. APPOINTMENT OF SERGEANT-AT-ARMS A motion was made by Alderwoman Hart-Burns and seconded by Alderman Jenkins to appoint a Sergeant-at-Arms for this meeting. Mayor Irvin presented a Mayoral Proclamation for Ramadan Mubarak to the Muslim Community in Aurora. Mayor Irvin presented a Mayoral Proclamation and a Mayor's Award of Excellence to the Warriors Hockey Club - the 2022 Varsity State Champions in the Amateur Hockey Association of Illinois and proclaimed April 26, 2022 as Warriors Hockey Club Day in the City of Aurora. Mayor Irvin presented a Mayoral Proclamation proclaiming May 3rd as Chief Gary Krienitz day in the City of Aurora and wishing him well on his retirement.
