ROLL CALL Members present: Kim Bright, Timothy Brown, Rajesh Char, Ginger Ingram, Andrea McMillian, Curtis Wilson (6). Members absent: Jacqueline Gibson, Lily Rocha (2). OTHERS PRESENT Others present: Lieutenant Bill Rowley, Aurora Police Department; Lieutenant Ted Grommes, Aurora Police Department; Michele Williams-Clark, Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Jennifer Stallings, City Clerk; Nicole Mullins, member of the public. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approval of the Minutes of the Thursday, November 17, 2022, Civilian Review Board Meeting. Member McMillian made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Member Brown. The motion carried by roll call vote as follows: Ayes: 6 - Kim Bright, Timothy Brown, Rajesh Char, Ginger Ingram, Andrea McMillian, Curtis Wilson. Nayes: 0. PUBLIC COMMENT None. REPORT OF THE CHAIR Chair Bright briefly presented a report including information about a meeting with Lieutenant Grommes as well as a meeting with Chief Cross and Deputy Chief Thomas on November 21, 2022, regarding APD participation and CRB events. NEW BUSINESS CRB 2023 Meeting Dates Vice Chair Char made a motion to approve the 2023 CRB Meeting Dates, seconded by Member Brown. Grommes Lieutenant Grommes presented a PowerPoint presentation on the IAPro Public Portal. CLOSED SESSION Consideration and Adoption of the Board's Recommendations to the Chief of Police Regarding Pending Civilian Complaints 2022-0201 Holding over for next meeting. 2022-0257 Holding over for next meeting.
