ROLL CALL Members present: Rajesh Char, Ginger Ingram, Lily Rocha, Curtis Wilson (4). Members absent: Kim Bright, Timothy Brown, Andrea McMillian (3). OTHERS PRESENT Others present: Judy Durham; Newly Appointed CRB Member and Frankie Zepeda; IT Service Desk Engineer. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approval of the Minutes of the Thursday, March 16, 2023, Civilian Review Board Meeting. Member Ingram made a motion to approve the minutes with corrections, seconded by Member Rocha. The motion was carried by a roll vote as follows: Ayes: 4 - Rajesh Char, Ginger Ingram, Lily Rocha, Curtis Wilson. Nayes: 0. Absent: 3 - Kim Bright, Timothy Brown, Andrea McMillian. PUBLIC COMMENT None. REPORT OF THE CHAIR None. I.T. SUPPORT Frankie Zepeda met with CRB members individually before and after the meeting. STATUS ON NEW MEMBERS None. NEW BUSINESS City of Aurora Page 1 Civilian Review Board Meeting Minutes - Final April 20, 2023 Legal Holding over. Member Wilson - Suggestions for Potential Agenda Items Member Wilson presented a future list of potential Agenda items. CRB Check-In with the Mayor - 2023-05 -04 Vice Chair Char asked members to email him a list of questions/topics to discuss during the Check-In with the Mayor meeting. 2022-0201 - Chief's Disposition Reviewed. 2022-0257 - Chief's Disposition Reviewed. OLD BUSINESS Legal - Closed Session Holding over. Analysis of CRB Review of APD Complaints - 08/2021 - Present Holding over. Update to Strategic Plan Will be adding the CRB Check-In with the Mayor meeting and Ethics Training to the Quarter 2 bucket. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Member Rocha, seconded by Member Wilson to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried by voice vote.
