ROLL CALL Members present: Timothy Brown, Ginger Ingram, Andrea McMillian, Curtis Wilson (4). Members absent: (0). OTHERS PRESENT None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 24-0377 Approval of the Minutes of the Thursday, April 18, 2024, Civilian Review Board Meeting. Chair Wilson requested to have the section after Announcements when going back into session moved before Announcements to flow better. Member Ingram made a motion to approve the minutes with the changes mentioned, seconded by Vice Chair Brown. The motion was carried by voice vote. PUBLIC COMMENT None. PRESENTATION / GUEST SPEAKER None. NEW BUSINESS 24-0379 My90 Post-Contact Community Feedback Survey Reviewed. 24-0378 2023-0252 - CRB Recommendation to the Chief - Draft Member McMillian made a motion to approve the 2023-0252 - CRB Recommendation to the Chief - Draft, seconded by Member Ingram. Nayes: 0. ANNOUNCEMENTS Chair Wilson announced that there is an Annual Board Leadership Breakfast taking place on Friday, May 17, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. in the Development Services Center for the Chairs, Vice Chairs, and Staff Liaisons for all Boards and Commissions in the City of Aurora. Vice Chair Brown requested to have a speaker from AID (Association for Individual Development) to come in to make a presentation to the board about their street outreach and mobile crisis intervention. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Vice Chair Brown, seconded by Member Ingram to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried by voice vote.
