Pierce Art and History Center. CLOSED SESSION A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns moved, seconded by Alderman O'Connor, that at the close of this meeting, the City Council go into a Closed Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(5) of the Open Meetings Act. The motion carried by a voice vote.
