The Committee of the Whole Meeting was called to order at 5:09 p.m. by Mayor
Weisner and the roll was called.

Community College, spoke on this item. Mr. Wiet agreed to provide copies of a
parking study done two years ago to the Aldermen prior to the City Council Meeting.
