Weisner on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 5:00 P.M. in the 5th Floor Confrence Room 5B, Aurora City Hall, 44 E. Downer Place, Aurora, Illinois. ROLL CALL Mayor Weisner called the Committe of the Whole Meeting to order at 5:13 P.M. and the roll was called. Present 13 - Mayor Tom Weisner, Alderman Kristina "Tina" Bohman, Alderman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco, Alderman Mike Saville, Alderman Scheketa Hart-Burns , Alderman Rick Mervine, Alderman Edward Bugg, Alderman Lynne Johnson, Alderman Richard Irvin, and Alderman Bob O'Connor AGENDA NEW BUSINESS 15-01123 A Resolution to approve the InterGovernmental Agreement to assign an Aurora Police Officer to the DuPage Metropolitan Enforcement Group. Carie Anne Ergo, Chief Management Officer, and Lt. Fichtel of the Aurora Police Department spoke regarding the item. One Aurora Police Officer would be assigned to work full-time at the DuPage Metropolitan Enforcement Group. The City of Aurora intends to review this arrangement in a year to determine the benefit of having an officer assigned to work with this group on major drug cases in DuPage County. This Resolution was referred to the City Council. Enactment No: R16-001 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURN A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Mervine to adjourn the Committe of the Whole Meeting.
