A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco to approve and file the minutes from the Tuesday, December 20, 2016 Committee of the Whole Meeting. The motion carried by a voice vote. (INFORMATION ONLY) REPORT OF THE BUILDINGS, GROUNDS & INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE TO THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE The Building, Grounds & Infrastructure Committee Meeting scheduled for Monday, December 19, 2016 was cancelled: MAYOR’S REPORT Mayor O'Connor spoke regarding the Aurora Alert notification system that was recently launched that will be utilized as a tool to communicate with the public regarding significant events within the City of Aurora. MAYORAL APPOINTMENTS 16-01231 A Resolution Appointing Terrence Lindsay and Steven Verive to the Building Code Board of Appeals .
