and the roll was called.

18-0503 Approval of the Tuesday, June 5, 2018 Committee of the Whole Meeting
Minutes.
A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Alderman Franco, to
approve and file the minutes as presented. The motion carried by voice vote
with an abstention from Alderman O'Connor.
PUBLIC COMMENT
The following speaker addressed members of the City Council after Clerk
McCambridge provided an overview of the rules regarding public speakers.
Terry Bohr, Chairman, Invest Aurora Board of Directors, provided a hand-out
detailing the support of the local preference proposal in Item 18-0450.
