STAFF REPORT 18-1040 Economic Development Update John Curley, Chief Development Officer, David Dibo, Economic Development Director and Trevor Dick, Director of Development, Strategy and Facilitation presented information regarding the changes to the Cities' Econominc Development Strategy.
