APPROVAL OF MINUTES 13-00729 Approval of the minutes for the finance committee meeting on 10-9-2013. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Peters, that this agenda item be approved and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 AGENDA 13-00625 Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Development Agreement with Jimi Allen Photography, Inc. for 56-58-60 S LaSalle St (Jimi Allen Photography, Inc. - AU22/3-11.285-AG - ES - Ward 2) Hold until Nov 12th meeting A motion was made by Alderman Peters, seconded by Alderman Mervine, that this agenda item be held. City of Aurora Page 1 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes October 22, 2013 Ayes: 3 13-00777 An Ordinance Authorizing the Execution of an Agreement Concerning the Granting of a License for use of City Owned Property Located at 329 Plum Street (PIN: 15-15-352-055) Hold until Nov 12th meeting This Ordinance was held 13-00713 A Resolution appropriating $941,750 of Motor Fuel Tax Funds for snow removal for the 2013 - 2014 winter season. MFT Section 14-00000-00-GM A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Peters, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 13-00722 Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of Bulk Highway Salt in the Amount of $54.75 per Ton from Cargill Incorporated Salt Division, North Olmsted, Ohio and Liquid Calcium Chloride under the State of Illinois Joint Purchasing Agreement for the Division of Street Maintenance. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Peters, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 13-00738 Resolution to accept proposal for the purchase of a Storage Area Network (SAN) from CDW-G of Vernon Hills and additional consulting services from CDW-G and Merrimac Solutions, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $217,632.00 for the Aurora Police and Fire Departments. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Peters, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 13-00765 Recommendation to Authorize of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to Dispose of 83 North Avenue as a Historic Preservation Opportunity A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Peters, that this agenda item be recommended for approval (information only).
