ROLL CALL Present: 3 - Alderman Rick Mervine, Alderman Tina Bohman and Alderman John Peters OTHERS PRESENT City of Aurora: Carie Anne Ergo, Mayor's Office; Ken Schroth, Public Works; Eric Gallt, Engineering; Alderman Garza, Ward 2; Alderman Donnell, Ward 4; Government Operations committee members - Chairman Hart-Burns, Alderman Mesiacos, Alderman Johnson and Shelly Windett, clerk AGENDA 14-00758 A Resolution Awarding Thorne Electric Inc. the low bid of $1,012,099.86 for the Two Way Conversion of New York Street and Galena Boulevard east to existing two configuration. A motion was made by Alderman Bohman, seconded by Alderman Peters, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Peters, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that the meeting be adjourned. Acting Chairman Mervine adjourned the meeting at 4:46 PM. The motion carried.
