Ayes: 3 15-00239 An Ordinance Authorizing the Execution of a Commercial Real Estate Sales Contract for the Sale of City-Owned Property Located at 2500 City of Aurora Page 2 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes March 24, 2015 North River Road, North Aurora, Illinois, Commonly Known as The Fox Valley Golf Course. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00074 A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Local Agency Agreement for Federal Participation with the State of Illinois and to execute the Construction Engineering Services Agreement with Lochner for IL. Rte. 59 Commuter Parking Lot Modification and Station Blvd. Extension Project, Section # 13-00300-00-PK. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00189 A Resolution to accept the bid from Coffman Truck in the amount of $24,291 for a 2016 2500 cargo van and the approval to have Mavron reinstall an animal interior in this van for $14,255 for Aurora's Animal Control Division as a sole source . This Resolution was held 15-00192 A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Contract to Accept the Donation of Real Estate Known as Property Located at 774 North Avenue, Aurora, Illinois A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00193 A Resolution Authorizing the 2015 Ward Neighborhood Cleanup and Shred Events for the City of Aurora. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00199 A Resolution to accept 2015 Electrical Service Bids for the Public Works Department Electrical Division. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00220 A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute a Real Estate Contract for the purchase of real property known as PIN 15-01-177-010 for the Aurora Fire Department . The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00234 A Resolution Authorizing Execution of Labor Agreement Between the City of Aurora and Aurora Fire Officers Association (AFOA) . A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00236 A Resolution Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Aurora, Indian Prairie Community Unit School District No. 204, Duke Realty Limited Partnership, and Hatchett Paper Company . A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00238 A Resolution Authorizing Execution of Labor Agreement Between the City of Aurora and Management/Supervisory Personnel of the Aurora Police Department. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
