A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 AGENDA 15-00771 An Ordinance providing for the issuance of $69,185,000 aggregate principal amount of General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2015-C, of the City of Aurora, Kane, DuPage, Kendall and Will Counties, Illinois, confirming the sale thereof, and providing for the levy and collection of a direct annual tax for the payment of the principal of and interest on said bonds . Ayes: 3 15-00761 A Resolution authorizing the Purchase of Cisco networking and server equipment maintenance for the MIS Division in the amount of $45,435.00 from Sentinel Technologies, Inc. of Downers Grove, Illinois. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00781 A Resolution to approve Geneva Construction for the asphalt repairs to the Aurora Transportation Center's east platform drive lane and lot in the amount of $40,257.00 A motion was made by Alderman Bohman, seconded by Alderman Mervine, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00792 A Resolution Authorizing the Acquisition of Property from Kane County for Right-of-Way Road Purposes for the Sullivan Road and Highland Avenue Roundabout Intersection Improvements Project, Partial Acquisition PIN: 15-09-400-009, 1330 N. Highland Avenue. A motion was made by Alderman Bohman, seconded by Alderman Mervine, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00804 A Resolution awarding Meade Electric the low joint bid for the two year citywide traffic signal maintenance. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00807 A Resolution Authorizing the City of Aurora to Enter into a Residential Lease Agreement for 22 West Park Place . A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00808 A Resolution accepting the lowest responsible bid for reconstructive and restorative masonry work on the Elmslie and the David L Pierce Art and History Center Buildings in the amount of $80,320.00 from Jimmy'z Masonry Corporation of Crystal Lake, Illinois . The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-00782 Recommendation to Solicit Bids to Repair the Water Infiltration Leak at the Aurora Police Department Headquarters and repair pitched walkway on second deck of structure . A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be approved as information only. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 HELD 15-00657 A Resolution Approving a Sponsorship of the International Crown Golf Tournament to be held at Rich Harvest Farms July 19-24, 2016. This Resolution was tabled ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that the meeting adjourned. Chairman O'Connor adjourned the meeting at 3:30 PM.
