APPROVAL OF MINUTES 15-01117 Approval of the 12/8/2015 finance committee meeting minutes . A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 AGENDA 15-00687 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 12 of the Aurora Code of Ordinances by Adding A New Article X1 Establishing a Vacant and Foreclosure Registration System Requiring Registration and Inspection of Properties and Establishing Regulations for Enforcement Thereof. City of Aurora Page 1 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes December 22, 2015 This Ordinance was held 15-01091 A Resolution Authorizing the Extension of an Agreement with Dan Shomon, Inc. for Government Affairs Consulting Services. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 15-01094 A Resolution Authorizing the purchase of One (1) 2016 Wheeled Coach Ford F-450 type 1 ambulance. From, Fire Services, Inc., St. John, Indiana In the amount of $210,137.00 for the Aurora Fire Department. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman O'Connor adjourned the meeting at 3:10 PM. The motion carried.
