The Special Finance Committee Meeting will be held in City Hall 5th Floor Conference Room 5B in Aurora City Hall, 44 E. Downer Place, Aurora, IL. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman O'Connor called the meeting to order at 3:14pm. Alderman Bugg returned at 4:23pm. ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this meeting be adjourned. Chairman O'Connor adjourned the meeting at 4:55pm. The motion carried.
